Kites. Clouds. Dreams.

“She looks above, kites lost amongst the clouds of dreams,

thinking to herself, “when the sky no longer poses a limit,

there is nothing left but to aim for the stars”.”

Random photo from the barrage...

Random photo from the barrage...

Some times I really suspect the reason Panasonic cap the optical zoom on the LX3 to 2.5x, is because they are afraid to make this camera too awesome! Seriously leh, after discovering it has REAR curtain sync flash, a superb manual focus, the very competitive sensor size, today I saw the power of CUSTOM white balance. What can I say? Looks like I’ll be taking a long time to take each photo from now on!

If only u fellows know the real lighting condition under which this photo is shot...

P.S. I mean, come to think of it, the only more awesome feature they can append to it is voice control…hey, wait a minute, I dun tink any camera, PnS or DSLR, has voice control yet right?! Well, u heard it 1st here on RR, if they do come out with a cam/firmware that permits voice control for cameras, then it proves that someone’s reading my blog!

Souvenirs

“The value of gifts as perceived by the recipient
is a function involving the intimacy
of the relationship between both parties,
multiplied by the surprise of the timing &
compounded by the effect of the presentation.
The amount appended by
the fiscal quantifier of
the individual components are negligible.”
