  1. Man, 3rd puzzles are even more difficult than the 2d ones. Where did you get that one?

Hi “JigsawBreak”, I got a pair of such “lamps” from Phuket, Thailand. They are very cheap but beautiful. My cousin got his assembled, but unfortunately, I’m still struggling with mine.

Hahaha I feel your pain, I really do! Got mine from Thailand too, managed to do the 30-piece one eventually.

I think the flattened square designs need some of the pieces reversing (the pieces are usually rough on the outside). Keep hacking away at it, eventually it’ll become clear!

I bought these in thailand 2. First one went together by complete fluke. Second one to me days and I couldn’t work it out. It finally clicked. To make the big round one just start with 5 pieces and link them round in a rosette shape. Where the pieces hook around each other the middle “swirl” should have 5 hooks. If you look at the pieces at the top and bottom of each piece the hook like things on the corner are different – the key is to hook the same shaped hooks together – god that sounds confusing but once you get it it goes together easily
